ICT Skills Building

In 2013, the HUB focused on ICT and Education, and hosted an ICT skills-building programme wherein participants were trained to build websites relating to their school 둠 2016. In this regard, 24 teenagers, based on parental consent, were engaged in an afternoon and weekend training program to develop their photography, video production and website development capacity 윌로우.

In the face of our nation’s success with adopting technological solutions to date, as evidenced by vast growth in the ownership and use of cell phones, the establishment of computer laboratories in primary schools and the integration of laptops into secondary schools as basic learning tools, the Community HUB seeks to take advantage of the opportunity to sensitize our youth on ways in which Trinidad and Tobago citizens can help to avoid the local evolution of the eWaste problem and in so doing, contribute to maintaining all of the positives associated with our technological progress Download the Pod Player video.

 Video Workshop 2009

The Community HUB Corporation hosted its first Video Production Workshop for twenty (20) youths between the ages of eleven (11) and fifteen (15) years through a partnership between the Community HUB and the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) Download the iPhone app for free.
